Ducks still peeping at 8 weeks.

My 2 ducks are 8 weeks plus and still peeping. No quacks yet. I read that female duck's voices start to change at 5 and 6 weeks old. I am starting to assume these 2 are males. Any thoughts?

It's difficult to do anything with them actually. They are very skidish a n d not friendly even though I did take care of them indoors as youngers for a spell. But I do agree ... males.
