Ducks too fat?

I was wondering if my ducks were too fat as they definitely look fat. And what can I do to help? They keep quacking until we give them food again.

I’ve realised I need to get a picture of them from the front, then you’ll see they look a bit fatter.

They’re beautiful! If yours are too fat, mine are too! I think they look fine. How often are they fed?

I feed them once in the morning and once at evening.

Depends on what you feed..?
Maybe they are a little bit chubby. ..I free choice feed my Ducks so they don't over eat .

They are not any fatter than my Rouens. I think they are beautiful! Mine have access to food and treats all day until bedtime.

This chart is for pet birds, but can be used on waterfowl too. To check, catch them and feel the area around their keel bone.

Some duck breeds are naturally heavier than others. For example, pekins are a meat breed and can get super heavy, but runners are a thin, lean breed. As long as the keel bone isn't buried deep beneath fat, I'd say yours look ok to me, but I'm no duck expert.
