Hello! My Cayuga ducks have been living with my for a few months. Everything was fine, but one of them is getting a watery eye. I suspect sticky eye, where something is stuck in their eye. How can I cure my duck? Never had any previous problems, though. Is there a medicine or something? Help me out!

Could you post a picture?

Most eye problems ducks get can be treated by flushing the eye with a copious amount of saline/ or water, wiping off any excess gunk with a damp towel, and start application of an ophthalmic ointment such as Terramycin until the problems. Ducks have infective tear duct glands so rely on head deep water to moisten, and lavage out their eyes.
