Ducks wrong gender?!??

Why is my drake so frickin cuddly?!? He will cuddle all day then.
Wait till he gets his hormones....:thMost get aggressive and it's not cute...Distance yourself now and teach him some rules...I'm not being mean...I being honest...He might start biting and attacking you...?...I learned the hard way too..Bouncer is gone ....

My male duck has never ever been aggressive though, But my female is???

My drake s are way friendlier with me than my girls. Still are even after hormones. We went through a bout of biting toes I had to be firm with them when they started that. What worked for me was picking them up and holding them for a few minutes every time they did it. . . but if your drake likes to be held that may not work. Mine are call ducks so they don't bite hard.

My female hardly ever bites hard, never bites toes, only bites when people get to close in her face, but besides that she is friendly, likes to be picked up and will only cuddle on her own terms, but my male loooves cuddles and blankets and kisses! He will let me kiss him right in the tip of his beak often without even trying to bite

Your female isn't aggressive. She just wants you to respect the fact that she's a duck and not a puppy. Your male hasn't shown you his true temperament yet. His hormones haven't kicked in. When they do, he may turn into quite a different creature.

No i dont think so, they are both very sweet and i do not treat them like dogs. I do not think my male will be a bad duck. he is sweet and he loves me and they have been with me since babies. I am not worried about them turning into a "different creature"
