Ducks....

All,
I am posting here in the hopes to find a processor for Ducks in Ohio preferably in Northwest Ohio region.

I have contacted local extension offices and 3 different butcher and 2 different chicken processors. All tell me not much demand so they have never developed that part of the business.

We have 6 ducks the kids raised as a 4 H duck projects but no way to take them to the final step.

Hi Chris. I don't know how far into nw ohio you are but if you're really in a pickle I use Surgeon's in Sandy Lake PA. They do a great job,
