Ducks

If the grey one usually stands tall like it is in the picture; it is probably a runner. Blue Swedish will always have a white bib on their chest. The duck in my profile pic is a blue swedish. Ideally the white should not have grey flecks in it, but some do.
Ok thank you

I had another question how long till I can put my duckling with them. The big guys won't stop pecking them so I took them out .

I have a Cayuga sitting on eleven eggs. Question: I don’t know if they are fertile. It’s been two weeks. Do ducks know if their eggs are fertile?

If it's been two weeks that they have been sitting you should be able to candle them to see if they are fertile/developing.

The article features chicken eggs, but either way it will give you a good idea of what you will see if the eggs are developing.

I've wanted to go candle them but was told to let nature take it's course....
Wouldn't the eggs blow up by now if they weren't fertile? It's hot outside now and I would think if they were bad they wouldn't be intact. I checked them yesterday and all are intact and warm.
