Looks like an old English bantam to me.

Yours is definitely a silver duckwing coloured bantam. Dutch bantams develop a white earlobe whereas Old English Game bantams develop red earlobes. That will be the easiest way to tell once it's a little bigger.

This one has a white earlobe! Also has slate legs like a Dutch.
