Ducky Eggs! (New Pictures & Questions)

welsh harlequins can be sexed by beak color at hatching with 90% accuracy. the darker bills are males and the lighter bills with a black tip are females. you need to get a count now because the distinct bill color will disappear after a few days.

I think the person I got the eggs off of got them confused with her other breeds, two of the ducklings have black beaks and black looking down (still wet, hard to see). Two others look to be harlequin not sure of the other it hasn't pipped yet. I just got done looking at one that had died during development, it wasn't harlequin looking either.

I would like to see some pictures of yalls Welsh Harlequin ducklings, I'm certain they aren't supposed to be black, right?!?

Here's a picture of my three babies in the brooder with the chicks. I think the Harlequins are are male and female.

I messaged the lady and told her I only got two harlequins, two blacks, and a mallard looking one. I had bid on another one of her auctions of 12 duck egg and won so she said she was going to send 6 more for the ones she got mixed up! I think the two blacks are cayuga, then the mallard looking one is a rouen, and then the two harlequins which are male and female (I hope).
What do you all think?

I also thought I'd post a pic of the water set up! It works great no wet bedding for the babies.
It's a plastic shoe box with a brick in the middle and gravels around the brick then to sit the waterer on I used a swan creek candle lid, you can kind of see it under the waterer. Works perfect!
