Ducky sinus Infection?

Hello my duck recently had what we believed was a sinus infection so we treated it with antiseptic and flushing it out with salt water but the lump on her cheek won’t go down it’s soft and squishy and pretty big but it’s gone down from what it was but it doesn’t seem to be going back to normal I believe she’s a Indian runner duck if that changes anything or not I don’t know any help would be much appreciate

This was before I cleaned of the funk around the area don’t worry that’s all cleaned off I just don’t have a picture other then that it’s 12:21am here and I’ve only just seen this reply does this help?

Is a vet an option because I think that needs to be lanced and drained. If not, it is possible to it yourself if you have some antibiotics to give after.

ant get to a vet I don’t drive I don’t know what to do she seems fine eating and drinking and everything and nothings coming out of it

Sure looks like infection is in there. Do you have antibiotics?
