Duct tape on my baby chick!!!????!!!!!

I just got baby chicks three days ago and today I went to the store for about 20 minutes and left them home. When I got back I checked them one had a piece of duct tape stuck to its back!! What do I do to get it off???

oh no poor baby. try maybe some soap or water and slowly lift as to not pull out many feathers. Start at a loose end of the tape and slowly soak and soap as you go. Looks like that chick lost a bet! LOL

Don't they just get into the darnedest situations!?!?!

Some mineral or veg oil might work too. Of course, then your chick will be greasy for a little while...

Hi I'm chix mama! How did u remove the duct tape? I used veg oil (on Wing). I'm wondering if Dawn soap would work better? Please help

I used veg oil overnight and tape slid right off.
