I have 13 eggs in an incubator and they are doing fine from the same birds.

I have 4 or 5 geese laying. They aren’t sitting. They’ve pushed 6 or 7 out of the 2 nests. The oldest eggs was laid 4 weeks ago.

is it worth attempting to hatch those eggs? I would have to buy another incubator.

No idea with geese. But my hens routinely push out the fake eggs I have in the nests. So I'd trust their judgment and say those eggs are duds. Give them a go though if you got nothing to loose.

The best way to check the eggs is to float them in water if they sink they may be fresh enough. Then candle them to make sure there still clear viable eggs.

if the eggs arent too dirty sometimes you can candle to check if it’s still developing. I’ve had my geese push eggs out either because there was one too many eggs(fertile), the nest fell apart(fertile), and lastly old/ bad eggs(rotten/infertile). that’s just my experience from candleing the eggs that was pushed out the nest. I was put the good eggs that was pushed out in the incubator. it’ll keep getting push out, so i assume one too many eggs.
