My 3 silkies and 4 mutts were due yesterday. How much longer should I wait?

wait a few more days and if they hav'nt hatched crack one open and see when it died

Thank you. I have the styrofoam bator which I added a small computer fan to and have kept it at 100 to 101 steady temp and humidity at 60%. This is the first time for me and out of the 7 silkies egg only have 3 left. The others when I pulled 2 weeks ago looked like they got scrambled in shipping and a couple were runny no visible chick in any. Also kept the humity between 45 to 50 until lockdown now it is at 60. Do you think I have a chance?
