as you can see it needs a lick of paint. oh and when this picture was taken it was'nt a coop

It looks like a good coop. What colour do you want it to be? If it were me, in a country setting, I'd look to Freecycle, Craigslist, and shelves of mis-tints at paint shops to see what exterior paints I could get at a bargain. If I had to pay full price, I might look to a good barn paint from an ag shop or a clay-based paint from a paint shop.

If the choices are pink or red, I vote for pink. Girls like pink and hens are girls.
