Dumb cat question (the cat's not the dumb one LOL)

Well the snow has delayed his arrival. My husband says I shouldn't complain because we need water, but I want my cat! We have pet gates at either end of the front room, and the dogs stay in there unless they are outside, so the new feline will have as much or as little as he wants of the rest of the house. He doesn't have a name yet, we'll wait and see what his personality is like and go from there. We ended up not getting the one with the siamese markings, and instead we'll be living with this guy. He is enormous, at 16lbs of nothing but muscle I hope he doesn't eat the dogs.

he's so cute, i love black cats, He shuld be able to use a litter box, because the litter reminds them of the outside sand and stuff
