Dumb Chicken Sexuality Question??? Kinda graphic maybe??

I noticed after I took this pic there is something handing down between the roos legs - Anyone know what it is? Is it what I think it is??

A rooster's "stuff" just doesn't hang out like other animals. It's probably a stray feather.

Thats what I though but whatever it is is gray and he didn't have any gray feathers?? It only showed up in that one pic
