Dumb question about the "Like" button

Since I joined BYC, I've noticed that (most of the time) when I hit the "Like" button, it's the only option. Occasionally, the pop up box with multiple options (laugh, heart, etc.) will open and I can choose. Am I missing something?

They are just separate reactions!

If you are using a computer than use you mouse to hover above the like button, then the different reactions should pop up.

On a phone, hold down the like button to choose from other reactions. Hover over it on a computer

Ahh, mystery solved! I usually use my touch screen, but when I use the mouse, tah dah!, it works! Thanks everyone!
