Dumb question -- when do they get to be full-sized?

I have several chicks that range 15 weeks, 10 weeks, 8 weeks and 5 weeks. Some of my 15 weekers that are Ameracaunas have seemed to quit growing as my two BR pullets of 10 weeks are now the same size.

At this point, I'm wondering how much bigger the chicks will get. Will I see the 15 week chicks grow more or are they pretty much at their size?

I think usually they stop growing fast around 3-4 months and then just slowly fill out/grow a bit more.

I'd say closer to 5 months till full size (about when they start laying in my experience) but it probably depends on the breeds.

Depends on the breeds. I have a flock of LF brahmas and keeping track of their weight on a regular basis, plus just "eye-balling" them, I know that they were still gaining weight until they were nearly a year old and filled out right up until their second summer.
