Pepper jack, provolone, really any kind of cheddar (sharper the better), feta, and parmesan. I'm sure I like more, but those are my favorites.

Okay that makes so much more sense but the thing my neighbor told me she thought they were super ugly too so I genuinely thought it was a common thing. I love how fluffy and huge they are!!
