Like I said before healthy as a bison....it also might be the German in our blood lol. We don't get sick. I swear He aided 2 people with n1h1 back to health and never got it lol an I was there helping an also never got it. Must be the genes

You most likely do not have any genetics against H1N1, you and your boyfriend were probably just lucky enough to not catch it.

I doubt it - they're probably about the same credibility level.

Vaccines do have side-effects - just like any other medical treatment, but they have some of the lowest side-effect rates of any medical care, and have some of the greatest good. They save millions of lives a year in the USA alone.

Spreading this sort of unfounded fear is dangerous.

#1 recently sterilized lots of people! That is messed up.
#2 does anyone know how they really got rid of polio? There was one place that had a polio problem so thy gave them "vaccines" actualy injecting them with the polio virus itself. That way anyone who could die from it died and everyone else lived and now there no more polio. BECAUSE they irradiated people who could get it. In my opinion that's just as messed up. Obviously they had different genes that could accept the virus and cause illness. Well what's to say because of that irradiation there's no more of those special genes left. Couldn't they have just foun a cure? And stop taking all the medical research money.

Are you nuts? There were two vaccines for polio that were finally approved. The first was the Salk vaccine which was injected and had I believe live attenuated virus. The other was the Sabin which was developed later and given orally in a sugar cube and I believe had killed virus. I got both. When I was a kid every summer there were warnings posted about going to public swimming pools because of the risk of contracting polio. It was a constant worry every summer. When the vaccine became available my mother took me to Stanford where I joined a long line of other kids that were there to get vaccinated for polio. Because of the program of vaccination, polio is almost wiped world wide out except for a few pockets in third world countries. A few years ago WHO went in to vaccinate a remote village and the villagers chased them out because they were sure the vaccine would sterilize their daughters. Not long after an epidemic of polio came through that village. The villagers no longer had to worry about the vaccine sterilizing their children. Now they were burying those that had died of polio and wondering how they were going to care for the ones that were crippled.

Many people that are alive now have a false sense of security. They were born after the development of antibiotics and after the development of vaccines that greatly reduced the incidence of childhood illnesses that were a fact of life for those of us of mature years. The ravages caused by whooping cough, scarlet fever, typhoid fever, diptheria, and polio have never been seen by the modern generation. They assume, wrongly, that since these diseases are gone for the present they will never come back. Not true.

There have actually been a couple dozen healthcare workers killed in Pakistan over the last year because of 'vaccine sterilization' rumors. This sort of ignorant fearmongering kills people.

This is not a black and white subject... It is complex with good arguments on both sides I think... The problem I feel comes from a lack a real research on an individual's part...
Do I think vaccines work, yes. Do I think they have saved lives, yes. Do I think they are the cure all, no. Do I think they have caused adverse reactions and killed people, yes. Do I think we can make them safer, and more effective, yes. Not that my opinion will change anyone else's...

Any good chicken misconceptions.... It's seems like it's insanely common that people think you need roosters, or that brown eggs come from brown chickens... I guess my favourite story is still the one about the hen not making enough milk for her chicks.

My mother-in-law was telling me about a friend who gave a "citiot" a dozen beautiful brown eggs. They saw each other a week or so later & the flock owner asked the egg recipient how she liked the eggs.
She stated that she hadn't tried them yet because they weren't "ready".
Flock owner asked what the "citiot" meant.
"Well," she says, "they're still brown. They turn white when they're ripe & ready to use. Like in the store."

I am neither afraid or nuts. I stand by what I believe in and I believe in pure untainted food and natural medicines. If that means I'll drop dead from some crazy disease because I choose not to get a vaccine witch may harm me then so be it. Most of these diseases Are man made anyway.
