12/2013 to figure out genealogy to prevent inbreeding, improve breeding methods and know when the specific animal was born and/or acquired and if acquired from where and whom. it may not be Cornelius the rooster, super chicken, fog horn leg horn, but to the owner it is a name......

As for the smart phone thing I have a old fashioned flip phone, I was recently in the hospital, and realized shortly that more than likely I and others will be forced to use smart phones because that is all that is available for use or the government and private business will make us use aps to do simple everyday transactions, and everyday life, like paying a bill only online or thru the use of an ap. I was diagnosed with a major health disorder requiring me to completely change my lifestyle in order to know how to manage my disorder in order to live. I asked what I needed to do in order to live this new lifestyle. I was told I needed to get these certain aps to track my diet, my meal planning, my meds etc.etc.etc. I asked them how to get the aps to work on my outdated, flip phone, and the entire staff told me that I needed to get a new phone because they could not help me without those aps and my phone would not support them, I was glad when I was discharged a few days later. I was able to figure most of it out on my own, but still it boils my blood they could not give me a hard copy of a diet, medical plan of action and such to go by.

Wow, that's just sad....what has become of us?

Well, I hope you feel better soon and get this figured out!

I prefer the flip phone, so if I drop it in the chicken run, the hens won't run up my bill…they cannot open it, but if they could…

It would be a Hen Party Line.

Wow! That's ridiculous.

These things can be taken too far, it's outrageous that a health care professional can't help you unless you have a $400+ phone with programs that will support their plan. Can't they think for themselves these days?

I could see my dad's doctors doing that to him, get him off the flip phone that he has. Personally I'm one of those that prefers to text, but he doesn't have any texting plan and he cries about it costs him extra to text him. He was just in the hospital last week due to some complications he's been having, not watching his blood sugar and mostly needing to drop his big pot belly as its pressing up against his diaphragm and causing him breathing issues.
