thank you for rescuing that dog.

We are trying to catch a 3- legged chocolate lab that someone dumped but it is very skittish of people, so for now I put food out for it.

Nothing ticks me off more than someone who deliberately is cruel or abusive to an animal. I just want to..............well, better not say on here...........but oh, boy!! Thats one reason I cant watch those animal cops shows, I just wantto hunt them down and...................My parents complain to me all the time about the animals I have. They say I have too many, but I take care of them. Vet visits, food, comfy blankets, fenced in yards, heartworm and advantage............I take care of them before myself. Its nice to hear of someone who rescues a pet and takes it in as their own. Thats my problem. Once they get here, they rarely go anywhere else.

Try checking with your animal shelter, our last puppy was neutered for 12 dollars. and 6 for rabies vacc. we are rural too and dogs are always being dumped around here I have 4 dogs. Seems like the American way and really sad.

I have 7 rescued dogs. Purebred Dobie, Boston Terrier, Min-Pin, Dashund. & mix-breed Border collie/terrier twin sisters, & a husky mix, All saved by the skin of their teeth. I also rescued 2 mini horses & 1 dwarf horse that were starving & going crippled. The previous owner was a manager of a humane society!

They are all "fixed", healthy, happy, & loved, now.

Oh yeah, 2 rescued cocatiels, saved from birdmites & malnutrition.

Good luck finding him a home! He is exactly what I would love to find when I can get a dog. Unfortunately, I'm living with my parents right now, so no dogs until I get my own place! Plus, you are rather far from GA...
