Dumped ducks.... again..

Seeing these three together makes me so sad that I might have to break them up. I'm not having much luck in finding a home for all 3. They all have such a strong bond with each other none of my ducks have that strong of a bond with each other I would really hate to break it up.
Have you posted on the Florida forum here on BYC?

I wish I could take them all but I can't. :'(

Please don't relinquish the pekins to SPCA yet!! I just advertised the three to a local FB group I am a member of. I have also advertised all three on the NE Florida Farm and Garden Group on Facebook: I will need to carefully vet any takers through this group as we don't want them to end up in a cooking pot. I'll get back to you this weekend if there are any takers for all three. We can then arrange to do the Ocala run!

These guys are so adorable!! I guess it's a good thing I'm only allowed to keep 4 ducks where I live because otherwise I'd have like 30 by now lmao. These two are definitely a lot more friendly and social than the last 3. The small one is still peeping but when I picked her up that peep turned into a loud quack so she is definitely a girl. Not sure what breed but I'm thinking Welsh. The white one is definitely mostly Pekin, but not completely because it has some of the same pattern as the small one on its back. They are both so stinking cute! I'm sure the spca will be able to find a home for them pretty quickly!
I have a taker for all three on a bee farm in Sanderson FL. I will check it out personally and we can do the Ocala run and I will taken them to the farm [unless you too would like to see the bee farm]

I've now got another offer in St Augustine from a woman who rescued and took in three Pekins last June. She has a horse farm, secure duck coops and runs. I'm going to private message you my contacts so that we can make a plan. The bee farm person wants to collect from St Augustine next week as they are doing deliveries here. But I want to see their set up to ensure the three would be going to a safe home.
