Duramycin individual dosage

I bought duramycin-10 for a sick chicken today. I know the dosage for a gallon of water, but I just need to treat one chicken! What would be the dosage for treating one hen? I'm scared to make an estimated guess because I don't want to give her too much, and I also don't want whatever this is becoming resistant because I used too little.

My vet had me put 1 tsp per gallon. If a gallon has 16 cups, it is 1 tsp/16 cups or 1/8 of a tsp to 2 cups. An 1/8 of a teapoon was the smallest measuring spoon I had.
