So neighbor had a sick chicken that came over and infected my whole flock. Have duramycin liquid and was wondering how to administer and if I can use the liquid in their water. Don't want to lose my flock of 22 to this please help asap!

Those sound like possible symptoms of mycoplasma (MG.) If you notice a bad odor, and worse symptoms it could be coryza. The Duramycin you have is injectable. It is meant for cattle to be injected every 3 days. Some people try to give it orally to chickens, which is not what it is meant for. Most use 0.25 ml or 1/4 ml daily for 7 days for a grown chicken. Or you could inject it into the breast muscle at the same dose once every 3 days.
