During Quarrantine: What am I looking for?

I read that you should quarrantine new chickens for 30 days, but what am I looking for during the 30 days? Bugs? Lethargy? Sores? I just got 2 adult hens from a neighbor and I want to put them with my one adult hen.

Yep 30 days! Its a long wait but so worth it when you catch anything comes, you would be able to treat it. However some diseases can not be treated like CRD or something like it, even they are carriers and if your girl never been exposed to it, she will surely catch it.
