Durvet Ivermectin Pour On Dewormer 250mL, can this be safely used on chickens?

I just wanted to know if this dewormer can be used on chickens. And if so, what is the dosage? Thx.
What type of worms are you trying to treat?
Ivermectin may be effective on Roundworms. You will have to do some research to determine whether you think it's safe for your situation/what your comfort level would be - it is not "labeled" for use in poultry. There really are no dewormers labeled/approved for use in poultry that I know of except for Safeguard Aquasol hopefully someone else will chime in if they know differently.
Dosage for Ivermectin Pour On can be found here :::

A lot depends on what you are treating as to how effective it will be. There are numerous wormer used to treat chickens - again, research each one to find what's suitable for you.
Valbazen and Fenbendazole will are broad spectrum and will treat most worms when given at the correct dosage and period of time.
Wazine (Piperazine) will treat roundworms only.
For tapeworms, Praziquantel is the product you want to use.

It's always a good idea to have a fecal float performed to identify what types of worms you may have.

Not labeled for poultry specifically, but labeled for avian use, yes.

Wormer Deluxe Powder is marketed towards pigeons and other cage birds. Same for WormOut Gel. Safe from the "bird" perspective, but no comment about the egg withdrawal time needed. Both use Oxfendazole and Praziquantel as their active ingredients. Both are intended for addition to their water.

Ok.Yeah, I also saw triple rooster booster multi dewormer. I haven’t had any fecal floats done, but I have never dewormed my chickens besides using food grade DE, which wouldn’t kill a majority of the worms.

The Aquasol was approved for the use in poultry for the treatment of roundworms and cecal worms on 01/05/18 https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...t-large-roundworms-and-cecal-worms-✪.1221331/

@paneubert has that right - the RB triple multi-dewormer was taken of the shelves at the beginning of 2017. HygromycinB is an antibiotic so this became restricted or not available.

Check with your vet to see if they will perform a fecal float for you.
You live in CA so you also have 4 locations (state labs) that can perform testing too (usually cheaper than a vet) https://cahfs.vetmed.ucdavis.edu/

DE is not effective as a dewormer.
