Dust Bath ?

I provide my coturnix with a bowl of sand/grit. They have it emptied quickly and, as they are on wire, it is all gone. How often do I need to give this to them? Is there a better method? Suggestions, please?

Try a higher walled tub or pan. The higher it is the harder it is to kick out... I use a small plastic tub that is about 1 foot by 8 inches. The walls are about 8 inches high, so it is harder for them to spill it out. Some of it still does though, but much less than a pan.
