Dust bathing, just had to share...

Just had to share this one someone, as my friends clearly don't appreciate the wonders of raising chicks...I finally got my babies into a coop yesterday, and today got to watch them take their first dust baths! It really was one of the more adorable things I've seen them do. My cockerel laid on his back with his feet sticking up in the air for nearly 5 minutes

I love watching my chickens take a dust bath. Little chicks are especially fun to watch, they can get themselves in some of the quirkiest positions!
