Dusty chicken run

I am concerned that my chicken run is too dusty and is making my chickens sneeze & wheeze. What can I do to reduce the dust so my girls will be healthy again?

Can I use calcium chloride like they do on a dirt road?

I'm looking for ideas too. my run is dirt and I would like to put sand or something in it to keep the smell down. Anyone with ideas let us know.

do ye have dustbaths

They take their dust baths in the dirt in the outside pen. It just gets really dusty and I am concerned it is getting into their lungs & will cause respiratory infections. There used to be grass in the pen but they have dug up the entire pen so it's all dust/dirt.
