Dwarf/midget Silkie?

We have hatched a total of 9 White Silkies so far. One of the 6 week old chicks is about half the size of the others. It is doing great and seems normal but my Husband thinks it is a midget. Is this possible?? Anyone ever had this happen? Should we keep it and breed it? Hubby wants to keep it but if we are breeding I'm hesitant about keeping it.

We had this happen once with a duckling and the beak also became deformed and ended up dying at about 6-8 weeks.

It could just be a bantam
