OH I'm so sorry I didn't reply to this thread any sooner... The kiddos have been sick the past couple of days and I haven't even been online...
To answer a couple of questions these are tropical plants but will survive weather that drops down ot 25 Degrees F (although they will loose their leaves and flowers) I've had these outside on my porch all summer and just brought them inside about 3 weeks ago...
So far they have been super hardy They are the last plants to wither when I forget to water them...
Two of these plants that I put into larger containers to keep for my self have alreay began to bloom! So as long as you replant these into a larger container and get it plenty of light they should bloom soon... I planted them last spring and most sites say they bloom at 1 year but a few of mine are already blooming!
If you want them to fruit you need to put them in a sunny window but I do have one back in my daughters room (low light) and it's still doing ok and staying green! I replanted a few of these into 10" containers about one month ago and they have already doubled in size...
Here is a few pics of the actual plants that I have...
And here is one of my plants that I repotted... and a pic of one of the blooms that have started...
Everyone that requested some I'll send a private message to work out the details... Just let me know if you have any more questions...
Big Hugs!
Kristy
OH I also ment to add they are not poisonous to Humans and my cats showed no interest in eating them... (although they did uproot a few to poop in the container)
