Dwarf silkie 2 day old chick developing foot issues

My little silkie that hatched out is tiny and behind the others, he is the size of a newly hatched porcelain D'uccle.
Adding to being small his feet are now curling somewhat making it hard for him to walk. Should I wrap his feet?
He also isn't eating much. should I give him some yolk or Nutri drench that I can get later today?

Do you have photos?

You may need to tape the feet if they are curling badly, hard to know.
I'd get him hydrated. Nutri-Drench is a good idea, but I'd also give 1/4 tablet B-Complex since PND does not have B2(Riboflavin) which is what you need.

What brand would you recomend?

Would this work?

Also, would a B-12 supplement work until I can get a B-complex? I'm not sure if I will be going to town or not because the weather is not great today.
