What are their ages? Symptoms? Diet?
Anything they could have found that was toxic or moldy?
They are probably around eight weeks old. They haven’t had any changes and food and they just get hunched up close their eyes and die nothing moldy.

Get some Corid from the cattle medicines right away and start treatment for coccidiosis. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Get them all drinking the water right away. Pick up a couple of syringes, and give each pullet 0.1 ml of undiluted Corid per pound orally daily as a drench as well. Sulfa antibiotics are also good, but most require a prescription or need to be ordered online from a pigeon medicine supplier. Toltrazuril is also used for coccidiosis, and found online. Sorry that you lost chicks, and do not take any advice from a feed store clerk. Most are nit that knowledgeable unless they keep chickens or have worked there for years.
