The temperature sounds good. They could be the victims of failure to thrive. are their crops full of food and do you see them drinking?

It is 90 in there right now, but since they are in a shed, it gets cold sometimes. Tonight it is going to be 25 outside! My chicks hatched march 12, Wednesday, and got here yesterday morning, Friday.
I think that they have a disease.. they are pooping blood. What do I do??!
They were not vaccinated, I am feeding them purina flock raiser. I can get medicated feed.If they are chicks, it is very likely that they are suffering from Coccidiosis. This can be fatal, and action should be taken.
Two questions:
1) Were the chicks vaccinated for cocci?
2) Are you giving medicated feed?

I dont know where to get corid. Orschelns didn't have it. They did have electrolytes and probiotics. I got both of those and mixed them into their water yesterday. I also switched them over to medicated feed. I haven't had any more get sick so far, since having the meds. I took the healthy looking ones out of the contaminated brooder and put them in a cleaner broodet yesterday. I left 3 that were too sick to stand in the other brooder. I dipped their beaks in the medicated water and only one of the 3 made it through the night. I put her in the brooder with the rest of the chicks but she still is too weak to walk. The healthy chicks are also drinking medicated water just incase since they were exposed. I will update later today on how they are doing. Thanks for all of the replies!!My understanding is that it is too late for medicated feed and you now need Corid, asap. Can you get it?
