I would try giving her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex. Give her a little scrambled egg for the uptake of E.

It's hard to know why she's having symptoms of Wry Neck - a few causes are disease like Marek's, injury or vitamin deficiency.
Vitamin therapy is usually the only thing you can try to see if it helps.

It would be important to do your best keeping her hydrated. You may be able to hold her head to help her.

I hope you take her to your vet and have her painlessly euthanized. I can tell your animals are pets. Again I am so sorry; I know you love her. Is she old?
