Dying Hen

One of my hens is lying down, gasping for air, and very lethargic. She is pretty thin but her abdomen feels swollen. She has diarrhea and threw up a little yesterday. She will drink and has a little interest in food. Any ideas on what is causing this? She is around 9 years old.

I'm not sure and I'm definitely not an expert, but one of my hens had the exact thing happen a few months ago, except she didn't throw up. She made a full recovery! I hope your hen gets better!
