...Well, I sure am glad I decided to wait before filing a report! Someone had told me it sometimes takes fours weeks for things to arrive from other countries. Sure enough, about three weeks after I was told the item was shipped, it arrived in perfect condition. The person also emailed me several times explaining that they were on vacation and that I would be receiving the cd shortly.
PLUS...I got my first positive feedback. All in all, I am very pleased with the outcome. I think I was just a nervous first timer!
I also think I might look into getting an ebay credit card. I need to build up credit in order to be approved for a wachovia credit card and I was told the way to do that is by signing up for store credit cards and just using them every so often. I don't plan on using a credit card often, but it sure will come in handy for emergencies!
