Eaater Egger...Is Muffin a boy?

I have these hatchery Easter Eggers, supposed to be pullets, but little muffin has what looks like pointy feathers to me....Is Muffin a boy? edited to add muffin is about 16 weeks old

I don't think there is a name for his color. I guess he kinda has a Columbian color pattern going on? EE's are basically mutts...they come in every different color and pattern possible. Whatever he is...he's handsome.
