We men lose weight so fast, e.g., I put on twenty pounds in December up until Christmas; could only get into three pairs of my pants, and that was by stretching them. Lucky to get them zipped. Snow was on the ground, lots of parties, nothing to do but eat... old story.

Thursday, five days ago, I began eating normally. Since then I've lost ten pounds.
