We are from Louisiana, decided to get chickens to have our own, eggs and to give me something to do with my free time, I love being with my little chicks they are so fun to watch, we purchased some from a friend, a total of 5, 3 EE and 2 Sussex, they were bought unsure at the time about the sex, we are praying we have more hens then roo's, so we are a bit curious to learn what we might possibly have here, any guesses would be greatly appreciated, I tried the sexing by feathers but I'm not sure I done that right, so the 2 in the photo is 2 of our EE's I hoping both pullets, but we are keeping a roo out of these either way,

When they are 8 weeks of age or so, you can post individual photos of them at "what breed or gender is this." The folks there are generally very good at making determinations.
