Ear Canker/Ear Infection

Any guidance on home remedies for ear canker? I tried cleaning with hydrogen peroxide and some aquaphor. Will Benadryl help? Going to the vet is not an option. Trying to find all homeopathic options. Should I drain it?

In my experience, triple antibiotic ointment helps with most things chicken and fresh chopped garlic in the drinkers daily helps with everything else. I'm not sure about putting ointment in the ear but the worst that could happen would be hearing loss in one ear, right? I wish I could help more!
