Ear Infection

My chick got an ear infection but i am not sure because i have read some threads they say that it might be due to mites (checked no sign of mites) or an liquid will come out of chicks ear ( also checked ear is clear)..............she is shaking her head, scraching very badly, opening her mouth wide, stopped eating and drinking and has become very lazy and closing her eyes ( in past she was very active) Need Help how to know what had happened to her................In my area where i live a very limited number of pet medicines are available and we don't have a vet so alternatives are needed

Sounds like gape worm. Have you wormed your chickens at all?
