If mine i would clean it with saline or warm water and chlorhexidine. Once clean I would apply Neosporin.

Who Knows she or he might know how to Stitch it up.I am a Dermatologist and I am just use to people knowing how to do it.

Then, as a dermatologist, you would know that rubbing alcohol can actually damage tissue and delays healing and granulation of the wound.

I would also clean it with chlorhexadine or betadine. Scrub it well, add some blu-kote, and cover it with Neosporin.
No need to worry about a bandage or sutures, as the skin there is very stretchy and will heal quickly (it looks like it's already well on its way).
You may need to separate her for a few days if you notice the others are picking at it and preventing it from healing, but probably not.
