Early Bird - day 19

So it's round 2 for me in my homemade cooler box incubator. It's day 19 and 'early bird' has arrived. I took a photo of its head just after it hatched as I never noticed this ''comb' on my chicks last time on hatching. Is this the 'egg tooth'?

No the egg tooth is the small white tip of the beak

no, like @Jbently28 said it is at the tip of the beak. it is probably a cusion comb bird.
