Early Chick - Suggestions?

Hey everyone! i had a hatch today by one chick so far, but theres only one problem - it is two days early. unless my calculations are wrong, which i don't think is likely, this chick was supposed to hatch this coming up monday.

the chick is now under its mom in my roosting box.

has this ever happened to any of you?

Yes it has happen to me

I use incubator and for at least 3 times the chicks had started to peck on the day 18

and hatch on the day 19 or 20

My last broody did that. The chicks all hatched last week about two days early. She left the nest with them in less than 24 hours and every chick that was developed enough made it with her. I think it was the heat we've had. June set records. July is well on the way.
