early egg

I just got my first egg! It is a brown one, probably from one of the golden comets. They are only 15 weeks old! Not sure how to post a pic on this.

Glad I saw this I just posted about getting caught unprepared. The egg boxes were to be built this weekend but just found our first egg today so building them tonight. I was surprised though because my pullets are only 15 weeks old too!

wow, so Im not alone/we got 4 more after that one. 1 wach of the next 2 days, then 1 skipped a day, and then got 2 today at week 16. I believe it is from the Golden comet-we have 6 of them as well as 6 RReds and 10 white leghorns. the eggs are golden so Im assuming. Not sure if it is one or more chickens laying. how many do you have? What kind...are they free range?
