I hope they’re all pullets! I keep hearing that pullets won’t have the splotchy coloring like 1 and 2 have. Is that not the case?

Pullets can have splotchy coloring, but cockerels will have it more and their whole pattern will be uneven. Yours have even coloring with some splotchy spots (but not super splotchy), I've seen it many times in EE pullets.

Here's some examples of EE cockerels. As you can see they've got the splotchy uneven coloring.
