Early hatch

I am hatching peachicks and till yet hatched 29 successfully this season all of them hatched almost on same time frame of 25,26 days but today an egg is pipped at day 22 what would be the reason for this?

The reson for egg pipping at day 22 is that it probably was being incubated even before it gone into the incubator reason 1 too much heat ambient temp is too high or no 2 you are storing eggs for too many days

I have one rolling around the incubator and its day 24. Should I put it in the hatchet??? Help

Yes goosegate move it to the hatcher asap as the lower humidity in the incubator is not good for the hatching chick try to put it into the hatcher swiftly but carefully as being exposed to air reduces the humidity and you dont want the chick to be stuck inside good luck

x2 on good luck! Also, check your incubator temps -- common cause of early hatch is temps a little high. Some peas (especially spaldings) will hatch day 26 or so, even with correct temp. Has it pipped yet? Or is it just rocking & rolling?

Hi some advice needed incubator temp is hard to control due to high ambient temp which is 44 45°c can seem to bring down the incubator temp and advice or tips would be very helpful thankyou
