Early maturing?

When I first posted my birds at 5 & 8 weeks I was told they were early maturing. Still questioning it. They were bought sexed pullets but feed store admitted to having some mismarked boxes and others without labels not to mention the 30 people trying to buy chicks (first shipment of the year). What is your opinion?
