Early Pips but no hatch?

I had 3 chicks that had pipped yesterday evening when I moved them to the hatcher, not sure when they pipped and one was peeping up a storm last night, but nothing is goin on this morning, no noise or hatching...????is that normal?

Yes, it's normal. It can take 24 hours, sometimes more, from pip to hatch. They stop to rest a lot, hatching is hard work!
